ABS (anti-lock braking system)/CBS (combined braking system) made mandatory for two-wheelers in India

According to a notification of the road transport ministry, all new models of such vehicles will have to comply with the norms from April 2018 onwards.

Similarly, all new vehicles of the existing models will have to install the ABS from April 2019 onwards.
