Business Organisations Need To Pay Up To Rs 20 For Using Aadhaar Services: UIDAI

"Aadhaar authentication services shall be charged at the rate of Rs 20 (including taxes) for each e-KYC transaction and Rs 0.50 (including taxes) for each Yes and No authentication transaction from requesting entities," a notification by the UIDAI said.

What a stupidity... Who asked adhaar.... Why we want to pay our hard earned money to these money sucking leechers... Already we have Service Tax 18% for most of services.... Again they need money... In future they may put charges for using water and air also

It was not enough that we had to pay for the mistakes of the operators to make corrections / updates.

Now we have to pay everytime we need to authenticate ourselves. Its like a surcharge to maintain the white elephant called Aadhaar.

Is UIDAI not a government organisation ?
For the Services which are to offered for free to common public are being charged henceforth.Will also the other services like Polio and Other free subsidiarys be charged.Where is India heading to now.

Bro there are many places where Aadhar Card is used like
1.Ration Shop
2.Gas Services
3.Avail Government Schemes
And Many more
So it is a thing to worry.

This will not affecting common public at all.
This is for business organization only, who do kyc by aadhar.

Also, aadhar kyc is optional in most cases
And these charges are exempted for government entities /some banks.

One more thing, if business organization doing kyc by other method, it costs ₹150-200, so ₹20 is good for them also.

In our areas it maximum cost ₹60. For any changes we do in Aadhar.
