MUMBAI: Reliance Jio’s over the top (OTT) platform Jio TV has added 10 new channels to its platform between 28 November to 4 January. The OTT platform’s total offering has jumped to 536 channels.

The new channels have been added in Bengali (2), English (1), Hindi (2), Malayalam (1), Tamil (2) and Telugu (1). Of these, five are high definition (HD) channels. Jio TV’s total HD channel offering has crossed 100. It is offering 104 HD channels across languages.

Genre-wise, the platform added 10 new channels across devotional, entertainment, infotainment and news while sports a reduction of one channel.

Jio TV’s channel count jumps to 536 on the back of new additions
