Imagine a wedding group is going dancing. Blocking the road. And some drivers want road to be cleared. As soon as they starts pressing the horns. Wedding group gets more excited hearing to the instrumental sound coming from horns. And takes over more of the road.

What a joke, They should focus on development only, few days ago when I was coming home via auto It felt like offroading auto was literally bouncing, they should educate people not to use horn much or fine them for unnecessarily using it.
