"LCOs are seeing their pay-TV subscriber base decline, and many have started offering broadband services. Their ability to deliver ISP services to end customers in a personalised and cost-efficient manner is a strength they aim to leverage, but the quality of service will remain the key determinant of their success," said Ashish Pherwani, Media & Entertainment Leader, EY India.

Truly reported, LCO in my opinion can do wonders provided they transition to upgraded infra and equipments. I've been experiencing this goodness firsthand.
