I'm unable to find the original source for this claim ,so i wanted to ask you guys does Jio 5G consume less battery when compares to 5G NSA on Airtel and Vi

I have personally noticed no heating issues and better battery life for the last 10 days of using Jio 5G on my iPhone 15 plus

which has a Snapdragon X70 Modem

Obviously... SA consumes less power and hence gives better battery backup than NSA.. and the reason is plain and basic, in SA your device will connect only one network and that will be 5G SA, whereas in NSA the device will be simultaneously connected to two networks - 5G NSA (for data) and 4G/3G for calls.. so NSA will draw more power and hence reduce battery backup.

If VoNR not enabled in SA network means still it needs 4G for calls
