Seeking Help Do we need to return Jio STB upon disconnecting?

Do we have to return Jio STB after disconnecting the connection? If yes, do they take it right away or we have to give it to them? How long can we keep JioSTB after disconnection?

Yes bro, for 1 week, but bro during device pick up technician will ask u need to connection again means we will keep the device in our office, but id & landline will change

Generally, the materials are taken back within weeks. For some they even contact after many months or over a year, so never misplace them and keep them safely to return as it's company hardware.

You can keep them as long as they don't contact you for pickup of the devices from your location.

Actually i have box at my second homewhich is far away and I don't plan to return anytime soon. And I cannot have it couriered either. Now I am confused should i close the connection coz I wont be able to return the box soon.
