Good News AI powered Video call support is launching soon for STB support on Jio Fiber

In upcoming update we will get assistance facility of jio fiber stb related issues through AI powered video call to technician or customer care executive. This option will be added in diagnostic section in myjio app in near future for all jiofiber / jio airfiber users. A jio team called me today and told about this upcoming service.

I heard the audio and the customer support associate clearly mentioned that the support will be limited to STB & remote related issues for now.

For internet related issue the AI powered video call support won't be applicable. So the thread title was updated accordingly.
