Hello everyone, I’m looking to buy a new 4K TV on a low budget. Can you please suggest the best options with good screen and sound quality?

Disclaimer: My pov ONLY please :)
Low budget all rounder Hisense Tornado a tried and tested brand. Otherwise lower variant Samsung ( no bravia please ) or LG or TCL.
Avoid XIAOMI/Realme/Acer/Kodak

Also (if possible) make sure TV is/ [has]:

1. Google smart TV ( beware they say Google but gives Android smart tv which are old models, so specifically ask for GOOGLE TV ) since it helps a lot going forward with new Android updates which are stopped in Android TVs ( Android TV & GOOGLE TV are different products )

2. HDMI atleast 3 ports along with eARC and minimum 2 USB ports

3. ROM/Internal Storage atleast 12-14 GB if more the merrier ( Many consumers are thugged on this part as the seller usually provides them with 8GB variant so called smart tv which starts to lag heavily after 1 month usage, myself being thugged )

4. Dolby ATMOS + 4K support ( can consider AI upscale 4K since budget factor )

Five of my friends bought TV last year. Four of them bought each one of these. Xiaomi, realme, Acer and Kodak. They are happy with the purchase.
Same thing but there is a twist, all five friends of mine are UNHAPPY now with the purchase of brands that I said to avoid here.

Two major reasons:
1. Heavily lagging UI
2. Given Android tv under pretense of Google tv with low rom. No Android update support.

So factor of lady luck, and whom she favours she only knows then ig unworthy of risk. Your friends were lucky no doubt, its like hit and miss, chalgaya toh chalgaya guru warna nandaghosh. On other hand Hisense and TCL are leading the forefront along with Samsung budget series/LG in budget segment.
Just my pov, anyways all decision rests on the buyer.

I always recommend TCL and Hisense first. But most of them have same reply. Either they never heard of them before, or they don't trust them enough. Meanwhile everyone knows about Xiaomi, realme, Acer and Kodak. And have experienced their products before. Be it smartphone, laptops or cameras. After that you can't force much. Because if they buy it because of your recommendation and later their luck is bad and something happens, then all fault will come upon you. They'll blame you. That's why I have started giving disclaimers to my friends and family that if something goes wrong, I won't take responsibility. 😅

Speaking from personal experience. They contact you the moment there's any minor problem. Even when it's not even a problem.
Just recently one of the friends who bought TV with my recommendation contacted me saying that the channels are not showing. He stated spamming with messages, calling back to back. He got angry and stated screaming and blaming me that I've recommended bad TV. Later he realized that he didn't even plug the HDMI properly. 🤣
One time a friend who was not at his home contacted me saying that his parents are watching TV and the sound was not coming. Again he was saying if the TV is bad. Later when he went home, he realized that the TV was on mute. 😇
