Samsung Korea has listed One UI 5 (Android 13) update schedule. Full List Here. Since Sammy update history is good, this list will be almost applicable for Global phones as well (a week or two may differ) as proven by update to S22 Ultra, here in India.

NOTE:- List is in-complete as few old phones like S10 Lite are not included (may be in first half of 2023).

Android 13 was first launched on Samsung’s Galaxy S22 series at the end of October, and now it’s expanding to more devices. The Galaxy S21, Galaxy S20, and Galaxy Note 20 series are all getting Android 13 starting today.
