Finally, Google’s 32GB HTC Nexus 9 is available on Amazon.in for Rs 43,073.

The Nexus 9 is available in 16GB and 32GB variants. While the 16GB Nexus 9 is Wi-Fi-only, the 32GB Nexus 9 supports 4G LTE. Both don’t come with support for microSD cards. The 16GB Wi-Fi model is already available in India fro Rs 28,900.

It should be noted that the LTE version with 32GB storage space comes with a nano SIM slot meant only for Internet data, and doesn’t support calls. It offers 25GB of usable data.

In terms of specs, the Nexus 9 features an 8.9-inch IPS display with a 4:3 aspect ratio. The Nexus 9 features 2048 x 1536 pixels of resolution that places it at par with the Apple iPad Air. The Nexus 9 will be the first tablet to run Android 5.0 Lollipop, Google’s latest iteration of the Android OS.

The Nexus 9 is powered by an NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor. This 64-bit dual-core Denver CPU should be able to handle all the multitasking, and heavy gaming and apps. The K1 offers Kepler GPU with 192 cores for smooth functioning of 3D graphics. It also includes 2GB RAM. It comes with an 8MP rear snapper with an f/2.4 aperture. The front camera has a 1.6MP resolution.

The Nexus 9 gets a major boost with a 6,700 mAh battery that could work for up to days, which is way higher than the 3,670 mAh battery integrated in the Nexus 7.

Google Nexus 9 tablet's 32GB LTE
version, which was announced along
with other variants in October last year,
is finally available to buy online via an e
commerce website in India.

The 32GB LTE variant is available to bu
at Rs. 43,073 in Indigo Black colour
variant from Amazon India. It is still
listed as 'Coming Soon' on Google Play
Store India.

To recall, the HTC made Nexus 9 tablet's
16GB Wi-Fi-only variant went on sale in
India at Rs. 28,900 in December last
year. There is still no word on price or
availability of the tablet's 32GB Wi-Fi-
only variant.

Google Nexus 9 features an 8.9-inch IPS
LCD display with QXGA (2048x1536
pixels) resolution and Gorilla Glass 3
protection. It is powered by a 64-bit
Nvidia Tegra K1 processor coupled with
Kepler GPU and 2GB of RAM. Google
Nexus 9 sports an 8-megapixel rear
autofocus camera with f/2.4 aperture
and LED flash. There is a 1.6-megapixel
front camera as well. Backing the device
is a 6700mAh battery rated to deliver up
to 9.5 hours of browsing time; video
playback time of up to 9.5 hours, and a
standby time of 30 days for the Wi-Fi
model. Connectivity options include
3.5mm audio jack, Micro-USB, GPS, Wi-
Fi, NFC, and Bluetooth.

Google Nexus 9 also features dual front-
facing speakers with HTC's Boomsound
and dual microphones. Sensors listed
include ambient light sensor, gyroscope,
accelerometer, and magnetometer.
