Indian football team's poor form
continued as they suffered their
fourth successive defeat in the 2018
World Cup qualifiers when they lost
1-2 to Turkmenistan in Ashgabat on
Thursday. With this defeat, India
remain at the bottom of Group D
without even opening their account.

For the hosts, Gubanch Abylov scored
the first goal in the 8th minute. India's
Jeje eqaulised in the 28th minute
before Arslanmynat Amanov scored
the winner for the hosts at the end of
an hour's game.
The members of the team were
physically drained and not motivated
enough after Indian Super League
