Why should we can't record WiFi Calls?

Only samsung knows the answer why they restricted the call recording in wifi calling. But now after one ui 6.1 update they had enabled it.

I got OTA update for my OnePlus Nord 3 with the April security patch today but it's still showing VoLte not VoNr

It used to work on my 15 Pro Max 5 months back in Mumbai. But now it switches to LTE during calls. I have the Voice over 5G standalone toggle enables. It seems like they disabled it for iPhones in Mumbai as calls were getting dropped left and right.

On OnePlus 12, forcing it to NR Only by installing Net Monster app -> Phone info seems to enable Vo5G but Oxygen OS still displays VoLTE symbol.
