Smart TV storage running out on Candes smart TV

I have Candes 60cm smart TV while transferring some files it showed storage space running out. After that none of the functions working even video not working. Can anyone tell me what should I do now or how perform forced factory reset?

My bad luck, no button options available in the TV

Only a technician can help you brother. This is why I recommend using a pendrive to transfer files as our TVs free storage is very limited. A big file slows it down.

This may help you

When you turn on your TV press select and back button together until you see this

then navigate to wipe data/factory reset option-> yes from your remote by clicking up ,down & select button. This will erase all your data. Then select on reboot your system by clicking select button. the reboot will take some time then welcome page will appear and setup your tv as usual

When should I press select & back button? I mean before pressing power button or after?

Also there is no back button but exit button available....

after pressing power button. When you turn on TV, immediately press select and back button together otherwise it will not work.
