If your purchased item is not as described, is defective or damaged, you may inspect at your doorstep and instantly return the item. Inspect and Buy is a safe and convenient way to buy goods online where you can verify if product you ordered are as described before accepting them.

Inspect and Buy eligible products are available for open box inspection at doorstep. If the product is not as described, you can reject the delivery, in which case the entire amount will be credited back to you within 5-7 working days, if you had already paid for the item. If you had booked the item using a Cash on Delivery (CoD) option, you may pay only if you decide to accept the item. Inspect and Buy eligible products can be returned up to 2 days after delivery.

Was it broken when you got it delivered? Same month i bought protector for mom's Nokia 6 too and i got refund because of damaged product. All i had to do was mail them images of the damaged item.

It was of very bad quality, I realized that after applying it on mobile so could not return it.
This order was delivered by Amazon courier itself, looks like this is picked up from seller and delivered to buyer who are from near by places.

Same issue was with mine. The product did not stick to mobile screen and came off. I took images and shared, they refunded full amount.

Looks like amazon is trying this service with small sellers and for low cost items.

Unsure about that. Best way to confirm is initiate a chat with them and ask them about it.
