Yes,Youtube in India finally Restricting Video Resolution to max 480p on Mobile phones and 720p on Tv. This decision comes in Wake of Cellular Association when they asked OTT providers to restrict video quality to SD instead of HD due to Load on Bandwidth due to Lockdown.

Looks like they have restricted on wifi networks also. I thought the restriction only applied on 4g networks. I'm using airtel wifi.
