Seeking Help Youtube not working , facing anyone ?

From last evening Youtube not working appropriately.
And from today morning it not working at all.

Internet working well as you can see speed is in MB. but nothing working .

Anyone facing this ?

I am using new version of this app.

It doesn't require updating of app, rather a server issue can happen in any version.

If I first press library then press home , it started working again.
But By default it's launching page is home screen , and it's not working then .
