Breaking Xiaomi Phone Catches Fire

Ishwar Chavhan, resident of Mumbai, took to Facebook to explain what happened. As per his Facebook post, he purchased the Redmi Note 7S from Flipkart in October and things were fine till November 2. O that day, his Redmi Note 7S was kept on a table when he got a whiff of a burning smell and found that his phone was burning. He claims that he wasn’t charging the phone nor had he dropped the phone. He contacted Xiaomi’s authorised store in Thane when he couldn’t take out his SIM card as the phone was badly burnt.

They make cheap quality Redmi series phone for India, and expensive Mi Note series for other countries. It's true that samsung' note 7 also had the burning problem due to oversized battery but they accepted their fault.

Sell it on OLX and buy a Realme phone. Xiaomi devices has good value in flea market.
