Seeking Help Widevine Certification and Prime video issue

As u know recently I purchased in note 2 which is having L1 certification although prime video in HD streaming not happening.
So contacted with CC.
They propmlty solved the issue , though this solution couldn't help me out.
Anyway I am posting here if any one in future get help

Now the issues is solved। I think now onwards Hardware acceleration is available by defulat in prime video app।
