Vodafone Idea (Vi) is a fraud

A VAS chor (theif). I must say. Here's proof of Vi deducting my balance without my consent. When I called. IVR said that no VAS was activated. Even agent refuses to acknowledge same. Says it's not there in the system. When I said that the I would reach out to consumer's forum. I instantly got my money credited back after call disconnection.

Why do they even have VAS now a days? Who registers to these services anyways? They should just stop wasting their and customer's time
