Seeking Help Suggestion for non smart LED tv

Guys,
Need suggestion for 32 INCH non smart , means complete basic LED tv within 15k
LG /samsung/Haer which one will be good ?
My local shopkeeper demanding 12500 for haer , 13500 for samsung and 14500 for LG.
Also giving ₹1000 for my damaged Sony bravia 32inch LED.
with whom should I go? Or should look an option online ?

I have bought some Samsung non smart TV 32 inch model offline before lockdown. Costed around 14.5k. I was going for Sony but budget was limited. Sony costed around 21k. PQ was really better than MI TVs and VU TVs of same range.

I must say after using Android based Smart TVs for over 3 years. I can't go back to any other smart TV or non smart TV. Experience specially while dragging videos are terrible.
