Please suggest me a good 1.5 Ton 5 Star AC. (My first preference brand is VOLTAS)

Can I buy 3* AC? In my location AC needed only from May to September. There is half of time raining season. Eg. Last 20 days continues raining, no SUN.

Do not buy inverter convertible complex expensive AC,just buy old type normal split AC in which maintenance can be done cheaper @ less than Rs3000-4000 and interter AC bill be minimum Rs7000 to 10000 when repair comes
