These are my top three choices,but I would suggest you to go with Redmi Note 3 as it has a new processor,More RAM,gets more Antutu Benchmarks than any other phone in same segment,Finger print Lock and many more
I personally do not like Xiaomi but there is no better phone than this at present in this price

Red mi note 3 is good option, you may wait till June, July many new model will launch. Moto X Play is also a better option with pure Android, little bit expensive.
