They have mentioned on their website Kies2 don't work with Android 4.3, so they made this new software. Its improved and it will work with newer models only(currently only Note 3 and S4). Even it don't works with S4 which runs android 4.2. The user interface is same but very smooth and faster.

As per Samsung's website Kies 3 requires Intel Core i5 3.0 GHz or above (recommended)
Will it work with processor like i3 & below. :huh

They recommend it only but it works fine even with dual core. No lag. So for sure it will work fine with i3.
