gross addiditon of 25 million, but net addition just 5.2

good thing is Data usage per user increased to 12.9gb and voice also increase 796.

this means more active user and even more high paying user are joining jio, this is despite below average speed at many places.

Jio's lowest subscriber addition in its lifetime might drags in price hike plans of prepaid.

This will dip with the scrapping of data vouchers on talktime recharge.

People underestimate the carnage they suffered in Punjab and to a lesser extent in Haryana. Jio punjab already suffered with capacity constraints and then power outages, campaigns and shutdown of almost all stores in Punjab during the period caused serious damage.

The gross adds were high, net adds were low due to the Punjab port outs. But the good thing is that the users that ported out were the low revenue ones which were dragging down the ARPU so Jio's ARPU actually increased due to the addition of active subscribers. Price hikes by Jio will not happen in the near term at least not up to June. Vi will be forced to hike after March though.

I really not able to judge how much is dent in jios subscriber base in punjab and haryana. as per TRAI report of coctober, jio is having lowest VLR base in both circles among all 22.

punjab also doesn't have band 5 deep coverage, thus less rural base, and total base is 9.4 and 14 millions.

net loss of 20 million is all India figure

is it 5-6 million subscriber loss just from 2 states?

secondly ARPU consist of jio fiber revenue also?

I agree that new user are spending more money even, those who made 1 year recharge before december2019 must have been shifted to new higher tariff, which eventually increase revenue and profits.
