Discussion Regarding Jio Prime Subscription Renewal

Guys 2 Days before My prime subscription get cancelled then I call Jio CC they said for some Jio Users it get cancelled automatically don't have any update as of now will inform you in next 24hrs for further updates ..

The call was so professional to me so no second thought I accept his time frame thanked & disconnect the call on April 1st 2019 10pm

Today I go through my Jio app Jio prime membership added again but it saying content is 1 year request but showing in top 28 days validity .. so Jio itself not decided yet on renewing prime membership

So thought discussion need in upcoming days so opened a New Thread

It was old plan which I was recharged on for cash back later it was changed to 1.5gb/day

Don't remember but taken one connection on December 1st 2016 so prime membership must be before 31.03.2017

Another connection on june 2017 with prime membership

I took prime membership in first week of December 2017 when I ported my aircel sim to Jio.

I took 2 SIM in March 2017, one is showing this 28 but other is not, so it's not related i think
