Payments platform PhonePe has confirmed that it’s resuming operations within the next few hours. The platform services had gone down earlier due to the Reserve Bank of India’s moratorium on Yes Bank.

While Rahul Chari, Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO), PhonePe wrote on Twitter that the company was first starting “disbursal of PhonePe merchant settlements", a spokesperson for the company confirmed that the it plans to resume services soon.
