Seeking Help Pendrive

Hello friends I have sandisk 64 gb 2.0 pendrive and it was connected in my airtel internet tv and it was working well till morning but suddenly an error appear and the stb was unable to read and message was coming file format not supported
I tried with computer shop when he insert the pendrive, the pendrive was not showing any memory

Any solution about this ?

Open disk management, locate your pendrive and format it. If drive letter is not assigned then assign one.
