New Wired Earphones

From what I've heard, wireless earphones gets damaged even more easily/quickly. Especially the cheap ones, like Redmi Buds.

I thought only wires got damaged.

Wireless earphones have more parts & components. And they're very fragile.
Also, cheap Earphones are obviously made from cheap parts, so they damage easily.
If you use very carefully, it can last long.
