MTNL 3G is a lost cause. I really don’t know why they are even bothered about it.
Now MTNL FTTH plans are same since Oct 2019 and there is huge scope to give some offers there.

MTNL hardly having few lakh active subscibers, who will use these STV.
and BSNL service in mumbai/delhi is assumed to start from 1st march then why to use MTNL?
