The historical film " BAHUBALI" breaks all the records of Indian cinema history.
"Baahubali - the Beginning", which released in over 4,200 screens around the world on 10 July,
Prabhas' latest outing "Baahubali - the Beginning" (Bahubali) has done superb collection at the worldwide box office in its third weekend and has crossed the mark of Rs 450 crore in 17 days.
Despite clashing with two biggies like "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" and "Maari", "Baahubali - the Beginning" maintained rock-steady at the ticket counters in the second week.

Baahubali part 1 overseas rights have fetched a whopping amount 9 crores, as per the latest buzz. Baahubali overseas distribution rights were bagged by Bluesky.

Baahubali is being made in two parts and there has been buzz earlier that the budget of the movie is around 130 crores. But here is the latest update that the sensational film is being made with a whopping 175 Crores which is highest ever.

In general for any high rated movie or any top hero movie will have its satellite rights around 10 to 12 crores maximum. But Bahubali crossed all thoughts and made to a highest mark of 25 crores in the entire history of Tollywood. This movie satellite rights were taken by Maa T.V

Most Awaited Movie Baahubali is going to make into Number of Languages like Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam Also in other foreign languages. Most probably S S Rajamouli will also release the movie in Chinese Languages also, because he got good recognition for Eega in China with the movie named “Kungfu Housefly”.

The movie had set a record even when it released its trailer. The trailer of the Telugu version of the film hit 4 million views within two weeks of its launch on YouTube and its audio track has topped iTunes India and proved to be a best seller.

The film is the Highest box office opener,breaking the record of Shah Rukh Khan’s Happy New Year collecting over 50 crores on its 1st day only.
Break the ROBOT record.
Baahubali has broken the collection record of the dubbed version of Robot starring Rajnikant and Aishwarya which collected only 18 crore in lifetime. while the Hindi version of Baahubali collected more than 40 crore in jaust 6 days.
Global collection record
Where most of the movies struggle to collect 100 crore globally Baahubali made a collection of 200 crore in just 5 days from its release date .
U.S box office collection record
Baahuabli made the record of Highest opening weekend collection at US box office. the record was previously held by pk. the record was broken as Baahuabali collected more than 28 crore at US box office.
Time taken to make the film
It took a total of 733 days which is two years and three days from the start of the shooting to the film releasing in theatres. Over 2000 junior artists were employed for the shots where the fighters of the army are seen fighting a legendary war. In total, the film took three years from pre-production work staring to making it to the theatres.

The wars scene required all the soldiers to have weapons in their hands and pretend to attack the opposing forces. For the war scenes, over 20,000 weapons were designed and used in Bahubali.
