It should have been done earlier so that some of them might have completed their quarantine period till now.

Finally Some sensible announcement from MHA.
Respective state should be aware about keeping them 14days Strict Home Quarantine properly and their Buses(mode of transport) should be sanitized properly before commencement of their journey.
