A STATE where film actors have stolen the show in mainstream politics over the last five decades, from M G Ramachandran to
J Jayalalithaa and Vijayakanth, may soon witness a new star entry — Kamal Haasan.
With the political situation in Tamil Nadu in a state of flux, sources close to Haasan told The Indian Express that the veteran actor is planning to launch his political outfit by the end of this month, with an eye on the local body elections expected to be held in November.

Compare to chiru & its fan following Mr.kamal is nothing

May be he can win single digit mla seat in alone & double in alliance like Mr.Vijayakanth but not more than that

Now we all know Mr.vijayakanth party status

Noted names like yesteryear actors Shivaji Ganesan failed to make a mark in Politics eventhough there existed a Political Vacuum after the demise of MGR,Tamilnadu Politics is facing a time like that now but there existed Kalaignar Karunanithi & Jayalalitha with great aspirations at that time but now the Vacuum is too huge both Ruling & Opposition at its weakest so any Villy Person who could exploit it can get a huge mileage.

KH & Rajini are at No.3 & No.4 how they go about might throw out some surprises to ruling & oppostion in coming election.

Other National & Regional Parties might have a tough time if actors like kamal & Rajni enters Politics.
