Jio postpaid OTT accounts

I'm planning to move to Jio postpaid plus. For the bundled OTT subscriptions (Hotstar, Amazon Prime, Netflix), will those be only available if the mobile number on the OTT account is same as the Jio mobile ?
For instance, I already have my amazon account registered with another mobile number so can I activate prime on that account ?
