Little less than 3 months ago I recharged my BSNL number with ₹397 Seeking Help - Please Suggest BSNL Alternative which is giving 365 days validity with unlimited calls and 2GB/day for first 60 days.
But now I find that after those 60 days are over, all my incoming calls are being charged at 25 Paise!!! It's not a roaming number.

please switch off data on bsnl sim permantly, and u wont be charged for incoming calls in home circle.
Switching off data is switching off the sim making it unusable for call & sms.
Dotted line below incremental network bars (Airtel) is for BSNL.

If you want to deactivate data services on your sim card just SMS, STOP to 1925. Only calls and messages will continue to work.

Done, received confirmation message as well.
Let’s see if this works

if u can change network mode to 2 g from LTE, it should work.|u r turning off line itself, hence network gone.

other jugad could be make some wrong entry in APN of bsnl. swap sim 1 with 2.

I thought of changing it to 2G/3G from LTE.
But decided against it as it’ll still be on internet.
I can’t swap SIM as my Airtel SIM is a virtual one, no physical SIM.
