That update account option is removed after recent app updates. Till April month I also used to get the old UI by following same steps, then Airtel removed/hidden it totally.

I don't think such workarounds are foolproof solution anyways.

There's no option to have no base pack, no options for broadcaster packs. One base pack of 350 has to be selected, and any more alacartes on top of that will cost me separately.

It must be a universal remote buddy, u can can pair volume up/down, mute, stb,available buttons on XStream Box remote with TV remote.... Can u please post pictures of remote and read on box package carton or user manual as it must have mentioned mention universal remote

Read my post again. I never said it is not an universal remote. It was @Sparker0i bro who said it's not universal remote. And I agreed that the universal functionalities are not up to mark because it lacks some of the universal remote functionalities.

What Airtel Thanks app version you are on? You must be using an older version.

Do post a screenshot showing the update account section screenshot and your app version details.
