I don't think Devdutt will be selected so early. He hasn't even played for India A, let alone selection in the senior team.
Same for Harpreet Brar, Bishnoi and Sakariya.

Natarajan had a knee surgery. That usually takes time to recover, so he is unlikely to be in the squad.
