India's first ever big gaint companies amusement park from Disney "The Disney land of dreams " to be built in state of Karnataka. After rejection of universal type studio there is now a big proposal to Karnataka govt for Disney land. And Karnataka government is fully ready to take it.

It was initiated in 2016 but was kept for study. But now government has said that they will support the 1st Disney land in India

Disney will not announce that they will build. Obviously they will update investment on expanding their portfolio but will only officially say when it is ready for service.
