Just got a email today,

Dear Customer,

We wish to inform you that we are currently upgrading our system to serve you better. During 9th July to 19th July'11, you will not be able to make a payment online for airtel broadband and fixed line service. Therefore, we request you to either prepone your payment or make a payment through cash, cheque, mchek (pay through mobile), mode. You may also walk into any of our airtel relationship centers or Oxigen outlets to make a payment. Kindly ignore if already paid.

We regret the inconvenience caused.
