Bro, if you have or anyone has Paytm business account, then it is easy.
First add money to Paytm wallet from credit card and then transfer to a person who has Paytm business account, it automatically transfers to person account (not to wallet), then ask that person to transfer back to ur account via gpay or phone pe. It worked for me as my cousin has Paytm business account.
