IMD predicted about very heavy rainfall here in bengal from 20-22nd sept(2-4cm)
but only cloudy sky , no Rainfall.

On Saturday & Sunday we had to turn on the AC. But today even the Fans are turned off.

Same here. Fans are off so are both my noses as I got wet in the rain yesterday as I rushed to transformer that caught on fire yesterday due to rain. Today I slept till 12:30 pm. Am expecting to sleep throughout the day.

It's going weird here for the last 10 days. The same weather pattern is being followed by nature here. At the morning sunshine, clouds after 1-2 PM, and heavy to very heavy rain after 4 PM, It's happening since almost last 10 days.
