Automatically adjust for Daylight Saving option not available in my xbox one

every time system on older date and time is available

I have xbox 360, facing same problem, every time it gets resetted to 2005 since I am not connecting this box to internet, this problem can be resolved if you connect it to xbox live while booting it then it will sync with time/date with their servers.
