Off-topic: No wonder Jio is a sponsor of the IPL. But Colors' and Colors Cineplex's sponsorship of MI (TV18 is also owned by RIL) will not make Star very happy. Last year all the boundary ads were for Star Plus; this year, at the Wankhede, there is only Colors and Colors Cineplex.

₹49 plan only works for Jio Phone. And your logic is . Do you really think people just uses Jio's data for Hotstar only? If wasn't for cricket matches. Hotstar would be doomed. Even you highlighted to me how ₹1000 is way too much for a customer.

I know my logics are always like that. So here it is. People only watch cricket. So yes peeple majority use Jio data on hotstar And it's not my word, it's BARC/disney data. And India cricket plays majority on Hotstar. So if there is no cricket then no need 399 for calling
