It is associate nations series, it never been broadcasted on tv. ( Cricket Matches between associate nations happens quite often it's part of cricket development program by icc, it's normal these matches not get broadcasted on tv, atleast in India)

Germany and Italy only have Football stadiums football is more popular in these European countries rather than cricket so Netherlands will host this series
