Create a dial-up connection using your USB modem’s dashboard/phone’s PC suite with the apn ‘smartnet’.
Click the network icon in the notification area of the Windows taskbar.
Right click the dial-up connection you created.
Click ‘Properties ---> Options
Uncheck ‘Prompt for name and password, certificate, etc.’,'Include Windows logon domain’ and ‘Prompt for phone number’, and check ‘Redial if line is dropped’.
Click ‘OK’.
Connect with the dial-up connection.
After some/many attempts to dial the connection, the dial-up connection will finally get connected. If it doesn’t get connected disconnect and reconnect your phone/USB modem.
Use a proxy in your browser. You’ll be able to access internet sometimes but not always.
It is Free only with Reliance 3G on Windows Vista, Windows 7, but it might not work with Reliance 2G.
