Exchanged old Samsung keypad smart phone with Jio Phone.

Good news. Now I have two jio sims. Both prepaid.

Features of Jio Phone:

3. Expandable upto 128 GB
4. Single Sim+ Memory Card slot
5. 2.0 MP Back Camera with digital zoom and 0.3 MP Front Selfie Camera
6. Jio Store for apps like hotstar, cricnext etc.

no.they are getting phones only which are manufactured from 2015...

Your phone should be physically fit & in working condition.

no.they are getting phones only which are manufactured from 2015...

No phone mfg even before 2015 are being exchanged but should be in working condition & physically fit.

Me too contacted Jio Store with my father's LG feature phone which was bought in 2012. But they told, they cannot accept the phones bought before 2015.
