Does these comes pre-installed with Android phones nowadays? Seen these on multiple phones.

Yes, my phone also having Facebook preloaded but its a web wrapper to download the full app from Play/Galaxy store.

No related services to Facebook added. Even MS Office (whole package), LinkedIn preloaded.

I don't use Facebook. But i have a similar issue. I never remember downloading Jio News. How did it automatically get installed on my device?

yes my phone also have facebook instaled when purchased

but i disable it and now using Facebook lite

Bloatwares can be installed automatically through OTA Updates

No bro. I haven't received an OTA update for well over an year now. This app was just installed few months back. On top i use a stock Android device. I think installing MyJio app is the cause for this. These crooks are hijacking devices now Ambani making sure every Indian has at least one of his app on their phones.

You can disable all of them, it doesn't affect Facebook app (if you use it)

Facebook is pushing updates to its app through these now for interim updates. It lets them bypass the app store for bug fixes and staged feature rollouts

Jio apps are auto downloaded through MyJio app.

Worse is, many times once you uninstall Jio apps (including MyJio) the full screen ad settings are kept on device. So you will be getting ads from them even after removing their junk. It is a privacy violation however we are not in EU countries where strict action is taken for such things so they are spared.

I have Jio related settings on App settings even though i don't have Jio apps. They are uncategorized. Copied via backup from old device.

I need to reset my phone and clean load apps to remove these adware. So i rather ignore them.
