Demonetisation: Tata Docomo follows Airtel, Vodafone, extends payment deadline

Tata Docomo, the unified telecom brand of Tata Teleservices has extended the bill payment date for postpaid customers till 15th November. The move is effective from November 9th till November 15th across all its circles.

“To help our customers not get inconvenienced due to demonetization phase, we have extended the bill payment date till November 15th for all our postpaid customers across the country. Thus ensuring our seamless and continuous service.” said a company spokesperson.

Earlier, leading telcos Bharti Airtel and
Vodafone relaxed bill payment dates by three days for postpaid accounts following rush at banks due to demonetisation scheme announced by the government.

Vodafone also launched credit facility for its prepaid users in India.
