government has surveyed 73
cities with a population of more
than 10 lakhs. The idea is to
measure where the Swachh
Bharat or Clean India mission is
making the most inroads.
Mysuru in Karnataka, Chandigarh
and Tiruchirapalli in Tamil Nadu
are in the sweet spot of Top 3.
