BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd) on Wednesday launched the new online complaint portal for its Mobile, Broadband and Landline customers. This will make the process simpler for any complain related issue.

The operator claims that now circle level and corporate level team will monitor all the complaints to resolve the issue within a specific time frame.

BSNL subscriber can register the online complains on website: http://mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/pgwebregn.asp After following the required steps it will give one unique ID, which can be used for future reference.

For complaint, please Direct message them or tag them on Twitter. They will respond you in 2-3 days and may solve the problem in 7 days. Or you can call the local BSNL office, which may assist you quickly. Local bsnl office is better choice if you are in hurry.
